We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Standard shipping is free on every order.

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Transit normally takes another 4–9 business days, giving an estimated total delivery time of 6–12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or severe weather.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn or unused, with its tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Email info@valeroclothing.com before returning anything. Items sent without prior return authorisation will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return postage when returning an item because of a change of mind.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, Valero Clothing will cover reasonable return costs after reviewing the issue.

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
